We provide access to 2 and 3 story roofs for the adjuster or engineer who does not transport the larger ladders.  We are professional, accurate and provide documentation for the adjuster when a ladder assist is needed.

Most Ladder Assist workers today are in fact licensed property adjusters that are Haag certified with a solid background related to the roof system claims industry.

Ladder Assist w/Adjuster: We will call the adjuster the night before, confirm inspection date and time, meet the adjuster on sight, set up our ladder, scope the damages, take all photos and communicate all damages to the adjuster.

Rope & Harness Inspection:  We can do a full inspection or meet the adjuster on sight, scope the damages, take all photos and communicate all damages to the adjuster and or provide a complete report of damages.

Emergence Tarping:  We will provide the tarp and services, we can remove existing tarps for inspection and replace as needed.
